I’m a Chef with Cajun Creole roots, shaped by a life between New Orleans and Houston after Hurricane Katrina. My kitchen draws on Southeast Asian, European, and West African flavors to craft clean, healthy dishes made from scratch. At 29, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a hurdle I refused to let define my skills or my business. A setback in 2022 when my food trailer was stolen only strengthened my resolve to serve nourishing, high-quality food on my terms. I’m here to cook what you need, with care and consistency.
